Standard: Spring-Down
All seats cushions by John Lester, Ltd. are produced with a Spring-Down seat cushion as the standard appointment unless otherwise noted on the style page. Each seat cushion is supported by a center coil of springs which is surrounded by two inches of ultra cell foam rubber. The center support system is wrapped in down, feathers and fiber and enclosed in a down proof ticking fabric. Our standard seat cushion provides a medium firmness.Comfort Plus: Foam, Down, and Feathers
High-gauge steel sinous springs offer maximum support for each piece of furniture constructed by John Lester, Ltd. Each spring is individually placed, secured with clinchers and hand tied 8 ways with a synthetic twine to eliminate breaking or stretching.Ultra Soft: Down Blend
For the maximum desired softness in a seat cushion, the Ultra Soft Down Blend seat cushion is constructed from down, feathers and fiber enclosed in a down proof ticking. Ultra Soft seat cushions are available as an option to the standard Spring-Down seat cushion for an additional charge.
